| When an installation program says to: "remove all disks" do not remove any cd roms used to install the programs. The disks that are being referred to are the square plastic floppy disks that fit into what is known as: Drive "A". |
| To view all internet pages (using IE [Internet Explorer]) in their most current version: go to tools/internet options/temporary internet files/settings. Make sure this setting is set to check for a newer version of the page "every visit". |
